Virtensys signs strategic distribution agreement with Promark Technology
MANCHESTER, U.K. and BEAVERTON, Ore. January 12, 2010 — Virtensys™, Ltd, a leader in next-generation I/O solutions for data centers, today announced a new strategic distribution agreement with Promark Technology. Under this agreement, Promark will help drive Virtensys' channel expansion in the United States and build on the strong customer demand across various vertical markets. Promark has a very strong commercial and government market presence through its vast network of value added resellers (VARs) and system integrators, who are key players in bringing Virtensys I/O virtualization solutions to end users.
With this announcement, Virtensys is also revealing details of its channel partner program. Through this program, the company offers its channel partners strong margins, financial incentives, lead generation, as well as extensive technical training and sales support.
