Virtensys announces the appointment of John Nicholson as chairman of the board

MANCHESTER, U.K. — February 18, 2010 — Virtensys™, Ltd, a leader in next-generation I/O solutions for data centers, today announced the appointment of John Nicholson as chairman of the board. John has been with the company since 2006 as member of the board of directors.

John Nicholson has a track record in advising emerging and high-growth technology companies as a non-executive director and chairman over the last 10 years. He has more than 25 years of international experience at a senior level in the information technology industry, including serving as a vice president of Compaq Computer Corporation and as a vice president of Digital Equipment Corporation.
