Virtensys announced last year an agreement with Promark Technology, one of the premier value added distributors (VAD) in the United States, to drive the Virtensys sales channel including its government sales and contract strategy. Promark has a strong commercial and government market presence through its vast network of value added resellers (VARs) and system integrators who bring a long history of selling to the all of the branches of the US Government.

Hayden co-founded EqualLogic in 2001 and served as its first CEO. He was with the company until its acquisition by Dell in 2008.
